Wagering / Rollover Requirement
This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before you're allowed to withdraw any bonus-derived winnings. It protects the platform from immediate bonus abuse and is the single most important term to check.
Example: If you receive an RM 100 bonus with a X15 rollover, you need to place RM 1,500 in total bets before cashing out. An X20 rollover on the same bonus means RM 2,000 in wagers required.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While you have an active bonus in your account, most platforms impose a per-bet or per-spin cap. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus and any associated winnings — so always check the limit before playing.
Example: If the max bet cap is RM 250 per round during a bonus, placing a RM 300 slot spin may trigger a bonus forfeiture.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack or roulette often contribute only 10–20%. Live dealer baccarat is commonly 0%.
Example: RM 100 wagered on a slot clears RM 100 of rollover. The same RM 100 on roulette (at 10% contribution) only clears RM 10.
Bonus Expiry Window
Bonuses don't last forever. If you don't meet the wagering requirement within the expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days depending on the promotion.
Example: A 14-day expiry means you have two weeks from the moment the bonus is credited to complete all wagering — not from when you first log in.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A sticky (or locked) bonus cannot itself be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out after wagering. A non-sticky bonus is deducted from your balance before withdrawal, but can be retained if specified. Most Malaysian casino bonuses are sticky.
Example: Sticky bonus RM 100 — after hitting the rollover, you withdraw only your net profit, not the RM 100 bonus itself.
Maximum Cash-Out from Bonus
Even after completing the wagering requirement, many platforms cap how much you can withdraw from bonus-generated winnings. This protects against outsized bonus exploitation on extremely lucky sessions.
Example: A max cash-out of RM 500 means even if your RM 50 bonus turned into RM 1,500 in wins, you can only withdraw RM 500 of that bonus profit.
