3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on mega888h5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on mega888h5. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances contained therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any detail change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Mega888h5 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mega888h5 accepts deposits via a range of verified Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB Bank, as well as cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). All deposits are credited in MYR at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are published on the Platform's payment information page and may be amended without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking applicable limits before initiating a transaction.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to verified account holders who meet the eligibility criteria of the specific offer. Bonus stacking (claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously without first satisfying applicable wagering requirements) is not permitted unless explicitly authorised.

Each game category and individual game title is governed by its own specific rules, accessible within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity interruption during gameplay, mega888h5 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's Account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verified technical error will be cancelled. The Platform's records shall be the definitive reference for resolving any dispute arising from gameplay outcomes.

Sports betting markets are subject to the rules of the applicable sport and the terms set by mega888h5's sports betting engine. All bets are final once confirmed. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using or attempting to use any automated software, bot, script, or exploit to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or circumvent the Platform's risk management systems.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits processed to the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location via a VPN or other circumvention technology.
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and subject to recovery.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the mega888h5 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game assets, and design elements, is the proprietary property of mega888h5 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, redistribute, republish, transmit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mega888h5.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Responsible Gambling

13 Account Termination

Mega888h5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, following provision of reasonable prior notice.
• Instruction from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is terminated due to a User's breach of these Terms, any balance within the Account (including both real money and bonus balances) may be forfeited at mega888h5's discretion. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to User breach, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned to the User via an approved payment method following completion of all outstanding verifications.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

14 Disputes & Complaints

Where amendments are required urgently to comply with applicable law, regulatory guidance, or to address a security vulnerability, they may take effect immediately without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be published at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mega888h5 operates. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant operating jurisdiction.
